COTTAGES
| Las Manos is growing! We have started the process of drawings and permits and we expect to be breaking ground in December on two wonderful cottages which will be located on a beautiful ridge just west of our main building. The cottages will be 400 square feet each, and will have a 400 square foot greenhouse/atrium between them, where we will grow vegetables, herbs and many of Colleen's orchids. |

| The cottages will be strawbale, just like the main house, with in floor radiant heat, solar hot water panels to preheat the floor and domestic hot water,and excellent views of Mt. Princeton and Mt. Yale. Each cottage will have it's own private deck and front row seating for great sunsets. |

| Each cottage will be a self-contained suite with a private bathroom. One of the suites will have a kitchen, and there will be a vestibule between the cottages that will allow guests to occupy both suites for a couples or family retreat. You will be able to join us for breakfast or cook your own. |
